Set in the heart of Manchester International Airport complex, DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Airport is walkable to each terminal or just a 5 minutes’ drive away. Fabulous quiet surroundings. Was easy to find and plenty of parking available. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean and warm. Food at the restaurant had a great selection on the menu. Although I wasn't travelling with animals was fantastic to note that they do cater for pets as well. Breakfast selection was varied and plenty available. Oh and the welcome cookie was delicious not sure if that was an every day thing or because it was the holiday period .... nice touch either way.

Hotel má výhodnou polohu jen 2 minuty chůze od terminálu 2 a v pěší vzdálenosti od všech terminálů a nádraží na letišti. Na místě je soukromé parkoviště. The room was spotlessly clean, quiet, comfortable and the bathroom exceeded expectations in terms of size. Check-in was fast and the front desk staff very professional and welcoming. Breakfast was also beyond expectations.

Exactly what you need from an airport hotel - close (walking distance) to the airport, pristine, functional and comfortable. Great a/c, good power in the shower, comfortable beds and good lighting. And the total bonus is a wonderful Turkish restaurant downstairs - and a very good one. Easy check in and out, busy but all lifts working promptly. Will stay again.
