This lodge is amazing. Myself my partner and 3 boys loved staying here. Its not too far from the facilities. Great wildlife around, the kids named this duck blue beak. He came to visit us every day. the lodge setting was relaxing. The hot tub was excellently maintained and luxurious to sit in, in the evening. Excellent variety of board games at the lodge to play with the family. It was very clean up on arrival. The beds were clean and comfortable. We would 100% come back and stay at bittern lodge again. Excellent family get away!

The property was perfect for us. Me, my sister her three girls and my son went. Ages from 4 to 14 years old. There was something for everyone. My son at 14 does life to fish and there was a fishing peg. Girls loved hot tub. We all loved the facility’s. Make sure you book pools and activities three weeks bonfire you come. Get full quick.

    Easy to get to good for families with small children would recommend the hot tub experience a chance to see RAF typhoons taking off close by and a place you can go to view the experience jetski experience fishing on designated lakes restaurants in the merlin center extra cost to enter worth it if you have small children climbing experience canoeing and pedalo inside.places to walk your dogs gym and spa.

    What a wonderfull place. So relaxing and peacefull.

    What a wonderfull place. So relaxing and peacefull. Was lovely meeting the animals they are so cute. The annexe was bigger than i expected and absolutely perfect in every way. Watched the jets go overhead and relaxed in hot tub. Has its own firepit garden and even a gin bar. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone and Teresa is an outstanding lovely host. Will definately be booking again.

    It's a nice country village with others nearby, an excellent area for historical sites particularly relating to the Royal air force. The Battle of Britain memorial flight visitors centre located at RAF Coningsby is really worth a visit as well as the site having a good viewing area for those interested in aircraft watching.

    We were welcomed by the owners and told everything we needed...

    We were welcomed by the owners and told everything we needed to know. The plot was private with a river view and very easy to get to as well as being in a location that gave easy access to all locations including the coast and Skegness. We will definitely book again as we came away from here refreshed and ready to go.

    If you like aeroplanes, then this is the place to be,...

    If you like aeroplanes, then this is the place to be, although it can be noisy: RAF Coningsby is an operational military fast jet station. The local pub, Packet Inn, is friendly with good beer and food (Sunday lunch). We stayed at the Stable Annex which was quirky, comfortable and we felt very welcome.

    Activities/experiences too expensive, waited over an hour for our breakfast at the spitfire (ordered around 10.30am, it arrived 11.54) no one told us prior to arriving that our passes wouldn't work past 11am the day we left.
