We have never stayed in such accommodation, and we have visited many apartments and hotels in our lives. 200 m2 of comfort that is rarely experienced at the seaside. The apartment has 3 beautiful bedrooms, a meditation room, 2 bathrooms and about 100 m2 of living room with 5m high ceilings, as well as a huge kitchen and dining room. It also has one terrace on the east and the other one on the west, so you never have to drink your coffee in the sun. Both terraces have water so you can wash yourself if you accidentally bring sand in. Everything in the space is new, almost unused and very meticulous. The interior design knocked us off our feet. You can see that the owner and her husband have a lot of style. The owner Nikoleta is phenomenal. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a fridge full of drinks and basic ingredients for sandwiches so we wouldn't waste time and go to town if we were hungry. Whenever we needed clean towels, sheets, drinking water, and even an extra frying pan, she knew how to bring them to us within a few hours and leave them outside, without disturbing us. One of the most interesting things is the elevator that was our entrance and exit to the apartment with a special code that only we as guests know. That's fantastic, because you don't have to carry any keys to the beach. And as a highlight on hot summer days, there is the centralized air conditioning that you don't see, but it constantly cools you so pleasantly that you can't wait to get back to the apartment from the beach. The beach is about 100 meters from the building and it's really decent, sandy beach with deck chairs or in the forest for those who like the shade under the trees. The area is quiet and great for sleeping. The beach bar Kiki bar is light, relaxed, with chill music and smiling waiters. If you are in Preveza, there is no mistake with this combination.

Athina is so kind, welcoming and generous, always available for everything we needed. Her husband and kids are also nice and friendly, they welcomed our son to play with them, brought us many treats and surprised us with a lovely farewell gift :) The villa is nicely decorated and very clean, has all amenities you need and more. The view from the balcony is amazing. The area was peaceful and the beautiful beach is just a step away.

Palmeira Sea & City is gelegen in Preveza, op 4 minuten lopen van Strand van Kiani Akti, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, een terras, een tennisbaan en gratis WiFi. We stayed as a family of four at Palmeira Sea and City for four nights, and it was a wonderful experience. Our host, Dimitrious, was incredibly welcoming—he even met us at 1:00 AM when our flight was delayed by a couple of hours. We were pleasantly surprised to find the fridge stocked with delicious yogurts, puddings, and fresh fruit, which made the perfect late-night snack after our long journey. The villa itself was very comfortable, fully equipped, and just a 3-minute walk from a beautiful beach .The water there was calm and clean, making the swimming experience feel like being in a pool. Our kids loved spending a full day there swimming, reading, and relaxing. There are also a few nice cafés on the beach—we especially enjoyed Utopia Café, only a 2-minute walk from the villa. We also visited Preveza city center with many good restaurants, which is about a 5-minute drive (20 min walking) Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place for families looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.
