We met Edith at the front desk. She was very helpful and informative. She showed us how to get around the area. Spoke good English and very friendly too. The hotel is exceptional-we love the room very clean and also the bed is so comfy compared to other hotels. She also upgraded our room from 6th floor to 10th floor ( I guess she noticed that we love to take pictures) - we appreciated that, thanks Edith!
Hotel is situated in the Citygate outlet mall. Walking distance to transportation terminal (bus, taxi, train). Just a 3 mins walk to the Ngong Ping 360 Cable car Terminal.
Thanks also to Jay who helped us with our luggage and Ed who advised us to better take the bus to Macau …. Thanks guys for your hospitality! We really enjoyed our stay
