This isnthe best 4-star hotel I ever stayed in. Free shuttle bus takes you to and from the airport as well as the MRT, which is close to the cable car for Tian Tan Buddha/Ngong Ping. Most definitely convenient for families. Hotel is exquisite. Large and quiet rooms. Clean and comfortable bedding. Breakfast had lots of variety. Staff were nice and helpful. All round 100/10

With free WiFi, this 5-star hotel offers a kids' club and a concierge service.... excellent hotel and room space given the super price we got. i recommend as it is close to the airport. they offer shuttle to airport and MTR (train) station every 30min. breakfast buffet is a must, you got a discount when you book buffet a day before at the reception. the room was spacious and we got a nice view from the 16th floor. if i would say something, beds were a bit small for 2 adults but we may have not booked the bigger and pricy room given the fare. shops in front 7/23, couple of restaurants. you have also a bus station in front of the hotel that also take you to HK

Positives and there are so many - My room was so beautiful, spotlessly clean and spacious. The amenities are luxurious - shampoo, conditioner and body lotion smells divine. The bed and pillows are so comfortable, I could’ve happily slept and lazed around all day. Absolutely nothing to fault with my room. I felt rested and pampered. The hotel is directly connected to outlet shopping. Tip - I had the best dumplings in the restaurant on your left as you exit the hallway from the hotel lift.

Enjoyed having use of the kitchen. The garden and surrounding area really was like an oasis amongst the built up area outside the little community.
