The staff were wonderful. They dealt with problems quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond to make my short stay as enjoyable as possible. The food was good too. It is also a beautiful location - absolutely magical!! I'm glad i chose this place to stay and would gladly do so again!!

Prepare for Paradise. This resort is a rare jewel. However, only for those who understand to really appreciate the beauty of nature and who are pepared to respect the culture and dignity of the local community. This is the opposite of mass-tourism. The staff is super friendly, kind and gentle; always looking out to make your stay a special one. There ist a set of organized tours which give a deep and authetic insight into the local culture and variety of the landscape. Natuna is one world on one island; white sanded beaches, mountain, rainforest, diving, hiking etc. The food is authentic and fresh with a particular skill and bakeries.
