The room was specious and the bathrooms were modern. We were even able to wash our clothes as the owner let us use her washing machine and dryer in the basement! Everything was great. We recommend the guesthouse Lyndhoft!

The husband and wife owning this guesthouse were absolutely wonderful! We recieved an amazing breakfast with homemade fresh bread. Got to say hi to the cute dogs of the farm as well. Would highly reccomend!

Located in Skinnastadir, Dettifoss Guesthouse is 25 km north of Dettifoss Waterfall. It offers simple, modern rooms with shared bathrooms. WiFi and parking are free. Location to the Asbygi region. The guesthouse has fully updated WCs and kitchen. The rooms are a nice size. The common areas are well designed. We enjoyed lunch on a sunny patio.
