I booked this room last minute due to a cancelled flight. I was able to check in successfully less than an hour after completing the booking online. The availability of a female only floor was appreciated. The range of facilities and amenities available surprised and impressed me. There is a clean and spacious public bath. The rooms themselves are slightly bigger than normal business hotel size but were bright, clean and modern. They offered bottled water in the room and there was a Dyson hairdryer as well. The hotel is also in an excellent location - 15 min walk from Fukuoka Airport, convenience stores across the road, various restaurants nearby (Mcdonald's, udon etc) and an Aeon mall about a 10min walk away.

We stayed as a family of three and found the location was convenient to Hakata station. The staff were friendly and quick to respond to messages, and the apartment was reasonably modern. The price was good and we utilised the kitchenette. Bath was wonderful, and all bathroom amenities were provided.
The bathroom and kitchen were both clean, as was the washing machine. A washing machine is a life saver for a family travelling, and we took advantage of it. Laundry powder was also provided.
The day we arrived, it was very hot and humid, and the staff had turned on our air conditioner in advance, which I thought was very thoughtful.
The room was plenty spacious even with our large suitcases.
We would definitely stay again.

The location is great. Very close to Subway station which very easy to go to the airport. Not very far from Hakata station. Can walk to Hakata station easily. There are many minimarts close to this place. Room size is big enough for our group. (4 adults and 2 clilds. Bed is very comfort and room is clean. The entrance might be a little old and scary but when we get into the room, it's very nice and very well design room. We can do self check-in very quick and easy at the same where we stay. We love staying here and very sure to be back to stay here again for our next trip to Fukuoka.

We loved the Sumiyoshi area as it was relatively close to Hakata Station (15 minutes) and all its shops and restaurants. Not far to Tenjuin by train and more shops and train connections. We really enjoyed the cherry blossoms around Fukuoka and the lovely range of spring flowers, especially the tulips and emerging azaleas

It was fantastic there, I enjoyed almost everything in Fukuoka especially the local food. (Hakata Ramen, Motsunabe, ETC.
However, I also tasted Yatai the signature mobile food stalls of this region. It also very nice but be careful about the price.

I loved the flower fields and changing of the leaves' color in Nokonoshina Island.
Enjoyed tremendously the hotel recommended sushi hall by the ferry terminal -- name was Hakata Toyo Ichi --- what a wonderfully wide selection of the freshest seafood and sashimi and sushi !! Go early as lines for lunch are quite long. But well worth it!
We managed to watch a Sumo Wrestling match --we were fortunate to get tickets to that. And loved the excitement.
All in all we enjoyed the food and the sites.

I enjoyed visiting the large department stores in Tenjin. These were close by our hotel. It was a holiday weekend with a LGBQT festival in the park outside, and lots of families strolling by the lake outside the art museum. We had memorable trips out: to Dazifu, Iizuka and Karatsu for the big autumn parade of festival flots
