The stay was good and the price per night was what we liked most. The location found the hotel to be somewhat hidden and the taxi driver was also surprised to know that the hotel was there. The room was clean. I've been to several hotels around the world and the hotel lacked something different. Maybe something to enjoy in the room, a cookie or something similar as a courtesy. Normally in the hotels where I stayed, the minibar has things to eat and drink where what is consumed is charged separately in my minibar there was only a bottle of water. I don't mind paying the extra but I like the convenience of having something there. But the hotel is good and I would go back again when possible. Another thing that pleased and surprised me was that there was no charge at the time of booking with the credit card and the trust of paying by hand. Thank you for your trust. It also seems to be the flight crew's go-to hotel as I saw crew members from my flight at the hotel.

Really close to the airport! Unsure if there is a variety of types of rooms, but I would not recommend a family stay in the room we stayed in. Adult items were visible and provided. Great staff! Comfortable bed! Fun amenities, such as a massage chair and karaoke with the TV! I would definitely stay here again!

Definitely a great spot for a short stay if you’re traveling in and out of Itami airport Futon beds were comfortable and kitchen amenities were great. Lots of snacks and coffee/tea offered for free

They even offered to make breakfast before their usual time because my flight was going so early. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel is very clean. Giant bathtub was very nice.

The staff was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was modern with a fancy shower head and even a jacuzzi..Great value for money especially with a breakfast included, which was a positive surprise.
