Le cadre est un peu rustique mais on vous accueillera très bien ! le logement est juste magnifique avec toutes les photos accroché au mur et tout les souvenirs que les précédents voyageurs on pu laisser. De plus, la propriétaire est la plus attentionné des personnes ! Je suis arrivé sans trop savoir quoi faire et elle m'as aidé de A à Z (horaires de bus, itinéraire de randonnée, choses à voir, conseils et même préparer des onigiri pour mon pic nique !) bref adorable je recommande à 100%

Very nice room, spacious, confortable with a lot of facilities. I arrived by night and was completely amazed by the view.

From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and cared for. The host, Mr. Ryosaku, went above and beyond to make our visit special—everything was thoughtfully prepared and full of heart. The house was spotless, cozy, and filled with little touches that made it feel like home. Communication was easy and professional throughout, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly warm and sincere. Yakushima is now forever in our hearts, and we hope to return one day. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

L’établissement Yakushima Minsyuku Suginoko se trouve à Yakushima, à respectivement 18 km et 26 km de ces lieux d’intérêt : Yakusugi Land et Shiratani Unsuikyo. I will definitely stay here again. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. There's just a bright atmosphere. It's important to understand that this is not a luxury hotel. If you can accept that it's a place for hikers and travelers to feel comfortable, you'll be fine. For example, there are lots of signs in English saying things like it's OK to hang your wet hiking things in your room! There's a common space where we can get tea and coffee, which we can take to the room. We can also sit there and chat. I liked having a private bathroom/toilet rather than having to go along a corridor like we have to do in many other places. Another thing I really liked was that they have a 9pm "lights out" (meaning silence) because many hikers get up at 4am. I really liked this system. Nice and quiet! For an ensuite room with a bit of breakfast (I was given bread), this was the best value for money on Yakushima.

Le personnel est très accueillant. L’endroit est superbe. Le dîner et le petit déjeuner étaient délicieux. Tout a été parfait !
