The hotel is new and located close to a grocery store and a convenience store (short walk). Room was good sized, restroom was the traditional small single unit but new and easy to use. We requested two rooms and they placed our rooms close. The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. The public bath area is very nice and much appreciated. It was a wonderful stay.

Having had to break the stay into two bookings due to lack of a non-smoking room on one night, when one became available, they combined my two bookings into one. So I didn't have to check out and check back in again in the evening. Also the morning shifts were great with calling taxis for me. Good breakfasts, nice onsen and the room was quiet, despite being next to the lift shaft.

It was a great hotel, we added breakfast which was very good. Staff were very kind and helpful. It’s not very fancy or newer, but it has everything you need.

This is a very nice, well-run hotel in just the right location for a visit to Misawa City. All elements of the facility worked as expected. The coin operated laundry was perfect. The staff at this hotel are great! They are polite, energetic, and always willing to help. Personal thanks to those who helped me make phone calls that required Japanese to English translation. I am so grateful.
