The dorm was clean and had a large shelf for each person to store backpacks and belongings + a locked drawer under the bottom bunks. Beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the common area was beautiful and spacious. Highly recommend!

A hot rock sauna room plus normal sauna excellent. Infinity outdoor hot onsen views wonderful . Food excellent… suggest a 15 minute delay on starting to allow for the rush! Great views, free drinks, snacks, snow freeze in foyer such a nice touch . We upgraded to a room with a shower but loved the onsen for evenings. Would return and disregard bad reviews…. We kiwis loved it .
