Airport and immigration difficulties made us have to cancel our original booking, but the staff helped us accommodate in another room. They also guaranteed me there would be no cancelation fee, and gave us another room for the night at a discount. This really saved the night for my family and I.

Surprisingly they agree it and I appreciate that. Maybe they see my details pop up on another branch. Anyway, thank you so much Capsule lounge.
