The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. Best feature was staying in the park and being just a few minutes walk from HQ and the cafe. We had some power issues on the second night and third day but it was dealt with expeditiously. We didn't use it but there is laundry service available.

It's a 2 minute walk from the park entrance while still giving you the feel of being outside of the park. They kept power on the whole time so we could still charge things throughout the day and keep the fans on all night. At nights the rooms cooled down and were comfortable. The bathrooms were shared but we were the only people here so it felt private.

В распоряжении гостей сад.... We really enjoyed our stay at the Mulu Tribal Homestay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The kindness and thoughtfulness of Denny and Salina made our stay very enjoyable. The local but adapted food is delicious. Our children loved swimming in the river just behind (soft sand). The location of the Mulu Tribal Homestay is very convenient. Right across from the airport and a 10-15 minute walk from the park entrance. Transportation is available on site.

Хоум скромный , но все очень чистенько, есть душ и туалет в комнате , душ с прохладной водой, но там другая и не нужна. Расположен в 5 минутах неспешным шагом от входа в парк. От аэропорта не спеша 10-15 мин. Кушать можно в кафе парка. У хозяев можно купить напитки , в том числе и пиво . Хозяйка очень милая . Обязательно выключайте свет в общих местах, когда стемнеет иначе залетают огромные мухи, орут и бьются о стены , спать невозможно. Мы додумались только на третью ночь все выключить . Сам парк прекрасен, пожалели , что были там всего два дня. Дня 4-5 было бы круто.

This review is based on the situations in a remote place like Mulu. The stay was good. It's about 1-1.5 km from Mulu national park and airport, so it's in walkable location. The host Helena and Shania was supportive. The room had 3 single beds. Initially I thought it would be a dormitory type of stay. But they have multiple rooms. It is a budget homestay. They prepare dinner and lunch is you ask for. Prices are at par with Mulu park restaurant.

Курортный отель Mulu Marriott находится на лоне зеленой тропической природы, около границы между Малайзией и Брунеем. Он расположен у реки Мелинау-Паку в Мири. Beautiful hotel and its surroundings . Spacious room and comfortable bed. Free shuttle to airport and National Park. I had a nice surprise on return from our morning excursion , they decorated my room with Birthday cards and balloons and a towel birthday cake on the bed as well as a chocolate birthday cake too !! All the excursions booked through the hotel start from within the hotel and with lunch and snack and a smaller group. The price is more expensive than the excursions from the National Park but it is definitely worth it.
