I was a bit worried if they weren't able to accept my booking. I received a reply on WhatsApp confirming my booking and I also booked a airport shuttle from/to the airport. I arrived in Karachi at 3am, meet the driver/manager outside the airport. the hotel was a 5 minute drive from the airport. upon arriving they made sure I had all the necessities and even upgraded me to a double bed suite free of charge. I felt extremely welcomed. the hotel staff made sure I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. check out was smooth. I had reached the airport and noticed I had left my charger and AirPods at the hotel. one phone call and around 15 mins later. I had both things in my possession. such honesty and professionalism is really rare. look no further, this is the place to be. THANK YOU MOHAMMED ARIF ELAHI FOR THE OUTSTANDING SERVICE.
