It was located close to the airport, with amazing views of the mountains, local village, and sea. We had a deck that shared these views, comfortable beds, a good sized bathroom and we were so thankful for the AC! Breakfast was also included with a good selection of breads, yogurt, and juices to get our days started.

At the end of our trip to Flores Island, we stayed at Casa Vicente, and it was one of the highlights of our journey. Located in a peaceful and quiet area in the northern part of the island, it offered the perfect setting to relax and enjoy nature. The house had all the facilities we needed, including a renovated bathroom that was excellent. We all slept very well thanks to the cozy and comfortable setup. On top, Casa Vicente has a lovely garden that our children absolutely loved - plenty of space to play and even some extra toys thoughtfully provided by the owners. Definitely, it was a perfect base for exploring the northern part of the island. And just a short 2-minute walk from the house, we could admire the view of Corvo Island. A big thank you to Susana, whose attention and kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. She was always available and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s clear that the place is being lovingly maintained and improved. We wish the owners all the best with the ongoing improvements. Being in such a remote place, it’s understandable that not everything is available right away, but they’ve done a great job making it comfortable and welcoming.
