The rooms are ridiculously spacious. Check in is smooth, bathroom is excellent. Pool area is beyond anything you could expect at an airport! Service is friendly and efficient. I actually look forward to long layovers with them! We’ve stayed here at least half a dozen times and they are incredible, well worth the price! I absolutely love this airport!

Excellent service by the staff. Got a late checkout at 3pm because my flight was later the same night - special thank you to staff Imane Barcouch for excellent service. Also thank you Najwa at the breakfast reception for friendly and excellent service! You remember all the details, I'm very impressed.

Excellent Support and Great Experience Despite a Booking Issue I had booked and paid in advance for a 30-day stay, but when I arrived for check-in, I discovered that my reservation was mistakenly made at another branch of the hotel — not the one I wanted, which was very close to my workplace. It was a stressful situation at first, but the reception staff, Ms. Doaa from Tunisia, and the manager, Mr. Salem, also from Tunisia, were absolutely amazing. They handled everything with great professionalism and kindness. They immediately transferred my booking to the branch I wanted, even though that branch normally has higher rates — and they didn’t charge me anything extra. Their help turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one. When I moved into the apartment, there were a few maintenance issues, but as soon as I contacted reception, the team came and fixed everything in less than 15 minutes. The service was fast, efficient, and friendly. Overall, I really appreciate the excellent support from Ms. Doaa and Mr. Salem — they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding customer service and professionalism.
