Our flight arrived in Jeddah around midnight and we needed somewhere to rest for a night. The place is a territory, so big and comfortable one can live there. The bedroom is extra comfortable, with a fantastic bed and crispy bedding, multiple pillows, good and cozy lighting, and the bathroom has a good shower and toiletries. The next morning we had excellent breakfast in their restaurant, which had everything - from oat meal, various fruit dry and fresh, honey. sauces, salads, cheeses, and several hot options. Even their pita bread had a white and whole option. We met their executive chef there, a very nice man, just like all the staff we talked to. We saw a nice swimming pool on our floor, but did not have the time to try it. I cannot understand bad ratings of this place, without any comments, that is truly passive aggressive. The hotel is an excellent option if you need a place close to the airport, or need to be in this part of the city. The green taxi from the airport at midnight cost us 46 SAR and the driver accepted a credit card payment. Very recommended!

Gli abbiamo consegnato il foglio della prenotazione, ma lui non ha trovato l’indirizzo. Ha provato a telefonare, ma senza risposta . Quando infine sembrava aver individuato il luogo, non c’era il B&B. A tarda notte ci ha portato in un altro albergo che abbiamo dovuto pagare . Forse abbiamo trovato un truffatore ?

I was alone woman traveling and checked-in at that hotel , and the housekeeping is not accommodating , even though I have two trolleys with me, they don't help when I check out, he just lay there at the reception. But when I first checked in, the reception assigned that night was nice also the housekeeping he helping me to bring my trolley to the room but because the reception told him to help me carry my luggage to the room. I don't know if I'm the only one who has experienced in this hotel. but when I checked out in the morning the reception that one young man I was no longer okay That reception is scary. they also need to be teach to their housekeeping, especially helping guests and greeting guests as well. if the guest says thank you, I hope they answer welcome, even if it's just that kind of greeting, it's good manners for the guests.actually I was going to add something more but because my comment is already too long I hope this comment to help n changed some manner of their staff Thanks you 🙏.
