The breakfast extremely sumptuous with variety, the staff very efficient and the location to my place of work was ideal.
The upgrade of the rooms was a good surprise and I highly appreciate.
I would definitely recommend someone to come stay at the hotel and if I'm around again I'll definitely be stay at Palm Africa.

I would like to praise all the hotel staff, the young lady Weeni from the reception, lovely Posha from spa, the manager Shaban as well as the other managers who really tried to make everything work in the best order. The Hotels offers everything you can imagine. Best Food, clean rooms, good internet, very warm welcome with free airport transfer! The Manager took care about my plan to discover Juba and informed me about the important rules for foreigners. I would not go to Juba as a tourist.
I would not go to Juba as a tourist. But if you are going for work the Acacia is definitely THE place to stay from both a comfort and a security perspective. The hotel offers transport into town for any meetings you may need to attend.
