The room is fairly big for one or two person, and it comes with attached bathroom so it's a super plus for that price. It's very clean, with adequate amenities like shower gel, shampoo, towels, hand towels, cotton buds, shower caps and hair dryer. The is a small dining table of sort in each room, but you can also eat at the common area outside where they have bananas, biscuits, simple tea and coffee, and cold mineral water all the time. The toilet also comes with a bidet. Location-wise, it's only a 10-15 minutes walk from the Don Mueang Airport, and very easy to locate.

A nice suburban district of Bangkok with a brand-new train...
A nice suburban district of Bangkok with a brand-new train station giving direct, comfortable and quick connection to the urban metro network of Bangkok city. Numerous nice local restaurants with good quality food. A couple of immens shopping malls and numerous smaller supermarket everywhere. The Royal Thai Air Force museum is worthwhile a day’s visit in combination with the Air Park at the other side of the road. A couple of interesting temples. Very frequent taxis everywhere due to the vicinity of the airport.

The location was good but the condition of the place was very bad. There was a water leak somewhere in the hall or outside and water was all over the floor in the bedroom (too much to mop up with the provided towel. You had to wear shoes and had to keep your belongings on the bed.) Everything in the bathroom was leaking. The toilet didn’t flush. There was water everywhere (you couldn’t sit down) and urinal cakes in the sink (it smelt disguising). It would be much better to stay a little further from the airport at a more clean location.

The hotel was extremely hard to find even though I was within 20 metres. The rooms just sit quietly above a dim sum restaurant. Very little signage on the street and no direct direction on booking.com Friendly staff once discovered though. Even my taxi driver couldn't get directions from a shop close by. Needs clarification on web site of location above Dim sum restaurant.

This whole area is improving.
This whole area is improving...better transit access, better car access, better stores/restaurants and airport activities, and gets cleaner every time I pass through. Still lots to improve - I believe a whole terminal is shut down for repairs/renovation, and the terminal is built like a military airport, which is to say that the airport building is SUPER wide and important buildings are spread out, making walking around very difficult. The road out front(Don Mueang road) is absolutely idiotic. Several one-way streets, stacked next to each other, with no way for pedestrians to easily cross. The neighborhoods nearby are full of great street shops and restaurants. Lots of noodles and fried items available at all hours of the day. Streets are a lot cleaner than you might otherwise expect. There are actual trees in this neighborhood!

Wat Don Muan is a nice temple. Beautiful and peaceful. There is a local market near the temple. Interesting to watch around and taste local foods and fruits. People in the market who are selling foods are friendly and kind. Good to observe local people's life even while transit time of the flight.
