Very easy to communicate with the host, good instructions and overall no complains! We started only for one night and the host ordered us a taxi to the airport in the early morning. Clean rooms with clean towels and bedsheets, good shower. I would definitely recommend!

Great facilities and close to the airport. Very convenient to get a taxi for my early morning flight the next day. Staff organised my taxi, told me how much it would be, and provided me with a breakfast box to take with me. What a great service

Awesome hotel for us, our room was huge and very clean, shower was great with good pressure. Staff were fantastic. We arrived not realizing we had left our Passports at previous hotel. Viola, on reception, got on to it right away and they arrived the following morning, before breakfast! Service with a smile. Hotel is just a 7 min walk to Taimall. We used the bikes for free to ride to Seafood Market, also used the massage chairs! Can't rate our stay high enough, so glad we found it and if we ever come back to Taipei will definitely stay here again.
