The staff was the most friendly, smiling and kind I've ever experienced in the last 12 years I am traveling to America. The hotel is clean and has everything you need, room was really nice and so the breakfast, although I am vegan so not much fir me, which I expected and I am ok with.

Kitchenette with a full-size fridge, large desk, comfy bed, clean bathroom. The airport shuttle started at this hotel so was guaranteed a seat/pickup.

Without asking too many questions, the staff accommodated the needs of my boyfriend and I seamlessly. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. It was lovely.
