I have never felt like any hotel has been like a second home before, but because of the hosts I definitely feel that way about this amazing place. I highly recommend it...you truly will not find a more welcome staff (they are more than staff in my eyes, but friends now, after an only 2 day stay) or a more hospitable one. This is truly a hidden gem and I look forward to staying there again. If I could give it more than 10 stars I would...

Sag Harbor is an ideal resort town with lots of restaurant choices, shops and entertainment options (Theatre / Movie / Museums). Proximity to other areas such as East Hampton and Bridgehampton is a plus. Visiting Sag Harbor in the off-season had the added plus of not being too crowded.

I’ve been going to Sagaponack for over 20 years and I love it, the beaches around the area, restaurants, shopping and the local people. Now there is a lot of traffic and more people. But I still go there.

I built and used to own a home in Bridgehampton. I visited to catch up with friends, see the beach and shops, and see my former home which had recently sold to nice new owners. I had decades of happy memories and now have recent new ones.

Journey East Hampton was the perfect stay for our girls' trip. The location was central for exploring all the towns of The Hamptons and walking distance to some great dining options (and a convenience store next door). There are many extra amenities that other hotels don't usually offer, like all-day snacks, an infra-red sauna, s'mores in the evening and free bikes. The rooms are really spacious, clean and stylishly decorated. Very pleased that we chose Journey and would happily stay again!
