A perfect starting point for exploring by car the absolutely stunning and diverse, very large national park of Zoomin. The manager helped me find a reliable driver with a car, who knew all places of interest, and gave me sufficient time to walk around. Particularly, I want to point out my gratefulness to the manager, who helped me a lot, and gave me good advices. THANK YOU SO MUCH !

Not everybody in the super friendly staff speaks English but it wasn't a problem at all, we managed to understand each other very well.

Very warm and welcoming and they were good in English and helped us order and deliver food even though it was so late at night. Overall the customer care is exceptional. 👌 We booked a suite. The room was cozy and comfortable. The entrance lights was blinking too much in the room and the bathroom shower door couldn't hold the water inside and too much of leakage of water. The breakfast was good and the restaurant on the 6th floor has an amazing view of the city. I have to commend the exceptional service of the staff.
