Hotel is very luxurious and beautiful. The room design was very unique and location in downtown and amazing city view. The Hotel staff was very friendly and polite spacial Hasanka in reception his really nice guy.

Location is really nice. The view from my room was amazing!! TOUSEEF and AHMED were so kind and helpful. Great staff overall. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

The hotel and facilities are beautiful, lots of pools and great water park - our children loved it. Our sea view room with balcony was immaculate and very spacious. Breakfast was amazing, one of the best we had in our life. Once there, we decided to go for the All inclusive option, to enjoy the full range of restaurants and cuisine. We had a blast! We want to thank Jithin, Dharsana and Yeshvant from the pool bar (we spent a memorable time thanks to you!), Ajay Shani from the mini bar, always available, and two pearls from the reception for their outstanding performance unlike a few others (look for them if you are there, for their friendliness, flexibility, availability and willingness to please the customers): Boula (Grazie ancora!) and Joshika.

The staff is exceptionally friendly, Habib does excellent cleaning and Faruk makes one feel so very welcome! The place is heaven on earth 🙂
