Everything was perfect! The personel is outstanding and the service was perfect in this hotel . Having a swimmingpool for adults only was great.The life guards on the beach are smiley and nice. I higly recomend this hotel for a quiet holiday.

Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We were greeted and checked in/out by Ms. Ainur who was very hospitable and gave us all the necessary information regarding our stay. We had a tiny problem with the air conditioning in our room (a whistling sound appeared once we turned it on), but the problem was fixed by the maintenance team right away with no further issues. We were surpised to return back to our room only to find a nice gesture from house keeping placed on our bed. My daughter loved the swan shaped towels they made. Special thanks to the house keeping supervisor, Mr. Sanjay and his team Mr. Umesh and Mr. Ram for the extra effort they've put in to make our stay more lovely and comfortable. The food was good and had many varieties to choose from but the dinner buffet was not very compatible for young children.
