First of all 1) hotel boutique, chic and clean. Cute rooms, super clean and super friendly staff. Free water. Very pleasant stay 2) Breakfast :Complete, clean, good variety. Organised and fresh. 3) Antonia at the reception was super friendly and helpful. 4) Hotel is quiet, elegant and not noisy people. Nice pool with enough sunbeds. (everyone respectful, no reservations) I will definitely come back.

It was so lovely to be welcomed with a glass of cava and the bracelets are so cute. Food was lovely. Entertainment was fab and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will return.

Ana at the front desk is extremely kind, professional and helpful.We came from a bad experience in an other hotel but here we felt at ease right away and found all comforts:the air condition in the room Is the best we had in 20 days on the Island,and i am half american(we have a thing for good a.c.)the room is spotless,the employees are really nice and the food tastes genuinely good... my italian background says It all.I strongly recommend It!

The hotel itself is very new and nicely decorated. The room was very clean and the housekeepers did an amazing job every day keeping everything tidy and clean. The staff was amazing, everyone was very lovely and kind. The food was amazing, plenty of options for breakfast and dinner, everything was very tastefull. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking but it’s easy to find free parking spots around the hotel or few minutes away.

This resort is out of this world. I mean, it feels like you are in a fairy tale, in a beautiful kingdom. The rooms are so clean, and spacious, the terrace is remarkable, the beds are perfect and comfortable for sleeping, bathrooms are large and so clean. In the resort, there are 5 different restaurants where you can try various delicious food. I particularly like the moment in the morning when all the guests come together for breakfast, the food is so delicious. Everybody is so polite, the staff is perfect, they made us feel like we are home! We rented a car via Sixt (recommended) and you can easily park at the property, there is a garage and a valet service, which is great and very useful to know if you plan to travel the island by car.

Set on Canyamel’s seafront, Universal Hotel Castell Royal is a recently renovated hotel, which is right next to a sandy beach.
