Everything was super perfect, breakfast amazing, so many delicious options! The room was nice, a lot of space, we even got a balcoon although we did not request it. Staff was helpful and nice. The stay was amazing, I highly recommend!

Everything was great value for the price! We booked the all inclusive and the meals were exceptional. Lots of choice, there is something for everyone. Special thanks to the entertainment staff who were dedicated to making sure everyone had a good time - every day there is an activity by the hour such as sangria party, darts, ping pong, bingo... There are two pools outside which are regularly maintained and plenty of sun chairs to choose from. There is a gym and spa as well when you go downstairs. In the all inclusive a wide variety of cocktails are included which you can take from the pool bar or from the inside bar. The receptionists were very kind as well in giving us directions from the hotel to Palma or S'Arenal by bus, which is not too long of a drive - about half hour to Palma and 20 minutes to S'Arenal. The beach is very close, about 10 minutes and it stretches all the way to Platja de Palma, which is also great. You will not be bored here!

Set next to Playa de Palma Beach, this hotel features a spacious sun terrace with great sea views. Rooms at Hotel Playa are air conditioned.

First of all, I was going to stay for a short time, so I chose a place far from the airport and found a place where the price was not high. My family is 5 people and boreal gave us 3 rooms for our family. The staff was very friendly and there was no inconvenience during our stay at the hotel. I recommend this accommodation. Here's why. 1. The price is not high. 2. The location is very good. It is recommended to rent a bicycle from a nearby bicycle rental shop and enjoy the sunset and sunrise. The bike path is good. 3. It's a bit far from downtown Palma, so it's cleaner and more beautiful. I know this because my family and I have cycled around the city of Palma. 4. Breakfast is very neat. Whether it's warm bacon, pain au chocolat, hot coffee and toast, the hotel prepares clean, delicious food for guests. 5. There are many inexpensive and delicious restaurants nearby./ I rented a bicycle in the evening and returned it in the morning, and the hotel provided a place to safely store the bicycle for the night. When I asked for drinkable hot water, the hotel provided water in a kettle for me, which I enjoyed. My quick check-in was also readily allowed by the hotel. While I was there, I was touched in many ways. The beautiful scenery of Palma Island, such as the safe bike path, the sunset, and the pink-purple sea reflecting the morning sun, enriched my heart.

Very nice hotel complex. A pity that I had a very late arrival and stayed only for one night. Mustafa at the reception was exceptional welcoming and helpful. Very much appreciated as I was tired from traveling all day plus a delayed flight.
