All-Inclusive Stays in Madrid

It’s a beautiful hotel; grand but not opulently gaudy. Reception staff were so warm and welcoming. We were even offered a glass of champagne whilst we were checking in! I had booked a standard room but upon checking in was informed that we are getting a free upgrade to a premier room, what a lovely surprise! Our room on the ‘palace’ side was nicely decorated, very spacious. Bed and pillows were so soft and comfortable. I literally ‘sank’ into the bed each night. Bathroom was big too, with two wash basins and a bath tub. Location wise, it was quite central. There were some very nice restaurants nearby and a metro was also very close by. We had booked a tour through Viator and were happy to find out that the meeting point was like 200m from the hotel. All in all we had a lovely 3-night stay, wished we had stayed longer. Next time…

The breakfast had a vast array of options. From fruits, juices, croissants, quiches, meats and you could have pancakes and waffles made to order. The staff was awesome. Friendly, accommodating and generous!

Everything was more than expected, very nice and clean hotel, room in which we stayed (116) is big, comfortable bed, big bathroom, just top. Employees are professional, polite (reception crew very good, helpful, very good with speaking english. Housekeeping staff aswell very polite and ready to help. The small lady that was helping with breakfast is the most nicest person i have ever seen in hotels!!) Owerall, big BRAVO. I'm for sure coming back! Keep on doing great job!
