We had spent the previous week in occidental Jandía playa. Tui magic was a breath of fresh air from the moment we arrived early in reception. The receptionist Mary Anne was so friendly, smiling and happy. We noticed this with all the staff on site, they were clearly just happy going about their daily work routine which made the stay just happier and upbeat. The gentleman on the bar over night went way above and beyond to get us gluten free food at 2am! And being completely calm with rowdy drunk customers in the early hours, he is a very hard worker, he didn’t stop the entire night! The 2 women on the bar in the morning deserve medals for the amount of piña coladas they mixed and poured me to drink! They will remember who I am from this comment alone 😂 I thank them all and we did put all of our change into the staff tip box on the reception as a thank you. Food was amazing, well labeled for allergens and not once did I end up glutened from badly labeled food as what had happened several times in the occidental. The hotel was the cleanest I’ve ever been to and the upkeep by the gardeners was lovely to see, they really look after the hotel and grounds well. We will most certainly be back!, soon no doubt 🙂

We stayed over Easter. Dinner selection was great, including free drinks (alcohol drinks we didn’t try). Great selection of fruits and vegetables. Each evening there was nice social program, including life music. Great variety of entertainment activities. Very close to the beach, wonderful neighbourhood. Pharmacy, shops etc available close by. Clearly recommend and happy to be back. Pool was very warm and pleasant despite windy April weather.

The staff were very polite, helpful, kind and friendly people. The food were delicious and varied. Everybody can choose what they want. The wine and coctail selections are excellent. The room was very clean and well-equipped. There is no needed to bring a hair dryer with you, because it works very well! The Playa is walking distance. Other beach can be easyly reach.

Overlooking Jandía lighthouse on Fuerteventura, the Faro Jandía is just 300 metres from the beach and offers swimming pools and a spa.

Perfect location 5 mins from nice beach, nice hotel rooms, spacious and clean, dinner very varied and good quality, evening program (jazz, guitar night, pop/rock) also fine, nice pool, good drinks at a bar for reasonable price

Great selection of meals and drinks. Nice atmosphere. Friendly and efficient staff with smile on their faces. The little higher cost is justified. Definitely coming back.
