Exceptional stay at Royal Son Bou. Perfect for families, many activities for the kids and wonderful beach close by. Staff is very friendly and helpful, I would definitely return to this hotel without thinking! Pools are great, food is very good for a buffet and there are good restaurants nearby also, would definitely recommend without thinking twice!

Sol Milanos Pingüinos is set right on the 2.5 km-long Son Bou Beach. This well-equipped hotel features a large lagoon-style pool and rooms with balconies.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just in front of the beach and not in a overdeveloped area. Next to a hiking route too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My kid forgot his teddy and the staff went all the way to make possible to send it back. The facilities were very good, including the two swimming pools. Same for the activities organized for kids and for adults. Food at breakfast and dinner were varied. In short, a great stay at Hotel Sol Milanos Pingüinos. Thank you!

The staff were super friendly, we travelled with small children and they made them feel super welcome. The animation team was amazing with the kids, from the moment we arrived even part of the management came by to say hi. Shout out to Zaina who works the welcome desk for the restaurant, she was super sweet and our kids loved her.

Needs updating and generally fixing back to the standard it probably once was. Overall it was good but I wouldn't rate 5* as suggested, there are better 4* places that I've stayed
