Room was amazing. We had a big balcony with sea view and it was so so nice. Pools were good nice temperature. Staff were very nice and food was too.

Such a lovely place, we really enjoyed it and friendly staff. Very nice rooms clean and so quiet. The rooms are modern furnished and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was also extremely delicious with a lot to choose from. Every day there are shuttles to Chania city center for free. It takes about 30 minutes. The buss leaves from the hotel at 17 and returns at 22.30. A lot of space on the hotel so you don’t fell it is a crowded place at all even if we were there in high season. There are 4 different pools and good options to swim in the sea. I can really recommend this place to everyone.

Just 200 metres from the beach of Platanias, Porto Platanias Village Resort is a village-style complex featuring stone-paved paths, gardens and a lovely swimming pool.

Super easy, great selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, friendly and helpful staff (particularly loving towards our baby daughter)! Friendly place in general - great for kids of all ages. Nice gardens. Water park is fun too!

The property is absolutely fantastic. Location is superb. Facilities are great. Great breakfast, variety of Lunch, snacks and wonderful dinner every day. We were on All Inclusive, so we didn’t need anything else regarding food and drinks. We had 2 rooms, one of them with a private pool and it was really beautiful. Rooms are very spacious and with all the necessities required. Both rooms were equipped with a small kitchenette a living room which we had a sofa bed in, separate bedroom and a bathroom . Shower was very spacious and comfortable. The room with the private pool was also with snacks, wine, beer, soft drinks etc. The private beach and the beach is really nice. The people from the reception are really helpful . They suggested us with excursions which we really enjoyed

We loved the extremely diverse breakfast and the coffee was excellent. The staff was very friendly and professional, particularly Babis and Zoi. The entertainment on Tuesfay evening with the band ... Panda was on par to a jazz bar. It's lovely to be able to spend a whole day only in the resort, if we wish too.

Excellent hotel both for its facilities and staff. Amazing breakfast with great variety of choises for all tastes - complementary fresh orange juice and all types of coffees. Professionalism and hospitality of the staff were beyond all expectations. The room was really spacious with all necessary needed. Overall an unforgatable experience. Mr. George Operation's Manager as well as Alexandra, Roula and all the staff was really helpful and hospitable. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!
