The highlight here is the staff, you are spoilt, looked after & nothing is a problem. Big call out to DeZeen & Oren. Food is fresh, plentiful & delicious variety, def recommend French restaurant. Great property and great staff The bellman Amoy always helps me with getting around the property. I forgot my charger and he helped me to find it. My butlers Ronald and Orett were always helpful and got my bags in order and were patient with us as we had multiple bags and 5 children. Audia the supervisor made us feel at home and saved us walking with the children and came to us. Such a lovely person. Friendly and helpful. Opal and anthaniel on the front desk. Impeccable service thank you so much. I love coming here. Not the first time or the last time. See you all soon again.

Fabulous! An idyllic resort on the most beautiful piece of coastline. The onsite team were fabulous and the food was excellent. We had an exceptional stay here.

The staff are a credit to this hotel, they take pride in their job. Loved every minute of staying here.everywhere was clean. all inclusive was exactly that no hidden extras!! Food and drinks were 10/10 lots of different food stations there's something for everyone. The room was very clean, linen nice and white... I personally can not express enough my deepest gratitude to the entire staff at the Iberostar hotel. My stay has exceeded my expectations. Staying at the Iberostar star felt like home away from home. I stayed at the grand, which gave you exclusive access to the other two hotels on site. The scenery, the ambient, the beach, the pool, the atmosphere, the food, the music, and the weather. This hotel is breathtaking and awesome. The staff is brilliant , checking in went smoothly. I was greeted with a warm welcome by all the staff. This hotel is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The room and the bed were equally comfortable. The bedding and the towels were comfy and soft against your skin. The entire staff, housekeepers, cleaners, securities, and the chef 👨‍🍳 were excellent. The food is excellent and there's lots of different types of cuisine to choose from, which is really good. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service that I was given during my stay. There's absolutely no question about returning back to the Iberostar in the very near future. Money well spent. Iberostar is simply the best !!!!! You are in my top 10 hotel. I am a solo traveller travelling from Europe to Africa, South East Asia, Canada, America, and the Caribbean. I have stayed in 5 Stars Hotel, and this is my first time staying at the Iberostar. I have absolutely no regret booking this hotel. Thumps up.
