Great Holiday! All perfect: hotel, garden and pool, beach, service, food and drinks … we had a great relaxing week. Also the diving center next to the hotel was perfect placed so I could easily go for dives with a great team!

The food was amazing with lots of options. My kids really enjoyed the fast food and ice creams. The pool and slides were great too and the pool water wasn’t too deep or dirty. We also enjoyed the beach front. Everything was perfect and the night shows and disco too were amazing. All in all we had a perfect trip. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and shall come visit again ..

We loved every minute of our stay , the hotel , the staff and facilities were exceptional! The staff worked so hard , always happy and smiling , and ensuring we had everything we needed and more ! Food choice was great and plenty of it .. we will return very soon The customer relations manager , Omar , was so helpful and went out of his way to cater for all needs … he couldn’t do enough for all guests … All staff spoke and understood English .. wifi was good 👍

We stayed for a weekend getaway without small kids. The territory is compact, but there’s a running path around the hotel and a gym. The spa was excellent — clean, modern, good hammam, and massage, although pricey as expected. We really appreciate the hygienic approach in the restaurant: food is served behind glass by staff wearing gloves, and everything is kept very clean. Public areas, including restrooms, were clean. We were sitting more or less at the same table in the main restaurant and the staff memorised our choice of drinks, that was lovely! Rooms are decorated in a modern style — a great choice for those who don’t like the traditional Turkish decor. The beach was clean, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Despite some moments when there was loud music coming from the different stands. Some observations for travellers: The sea entrance is not ideal for small children — it gets deep quickly, and the first steps into the water are over broken shells, which makes it impossible to sit or play in the water. Most guests were Russian or Turkish, and Russian music was common — not a problem for us, but may not suit everyone. We didn’t attend the entertainment shows, so we can’t comment on them. We will consider this hotel for future short stays, but with my toddler, I will go for a different hotel.

Everything! Very polite people (most of all thank you Pinar for everything - you are a true gem!), very good food (fresh and tasty), the room was clean, clean terrace and pool. The owners/workers took care of the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility every day. A taxi could be arranged whenever we wanted. A Migros supermarket is not far away (by walk approx. 8 minutes). The beach was also not far away (10 minutes approx.), you need a note from the hotel reception before you can go there - then it´s free :-) There is no elevator in the building, but that was no problem for us. We had an all inclusive week and never got disappointed. We highly recommend this hotel if you don't like big and noisy five star hotels full of people but a smaller hotel with family-like feeling and heartful hosts. We'd like to come back another time for sure! THANK YOU, ESPERANZA HOTEL ♥♥♥
