Although we informed them a little late that we could enter the hotel late, they supported us and prepared the instructions very clearly. We had no problems at the entrance. Everything was very easy. We were very pleased that our requests were fulfilled before we arrived at the hotel. They also fulfilled our special requests. Our room was very clean, quiet, warm and the beds were very comfortable. I will definitely plan to come back and stay longer, especially when the area is covered in snow. Thank you very much.
