We booked a junior suite with a sea view and it was the best decision, the view was spectacular. The food was great, loved the Turkish coffee from the lobby bar. Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff and by Mr. Hanna, who kindly gave us a tour to make everything smoother. The hotel itself is stunning and offers everything for a relaxing holiday, from great buffet food to several restaurants. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Mustapha at Leo’s Bar, Alae at Vanilla, and Alex & Ibrahim at the American Bar all went above and beyond with their outstanding service. Thanks to them, every moment felt special <3 We also enjoyed the spa, and contrary to some reviews, it was a wonderful experience. A special thanks to Amani for her excellent care.
