Ve vstupní hale je zdarma dostupné Wi-Fi.... We are group that was travelling around in Europe before reaching Egypt and Marsa Alam was our first destination in Egypt. Gemma resort set the bar high to our expectations for the rest of the trip and an extraordinary example for Egyptian hospitality. Everything in the hotel was perfect. The rooms spacious and cleans, pools clean and in different locations and beaches were amazing with great snorkeling spots. I can not speak enough about the food, no moment in the day where food is not served and in different cuisines with amazing quality. The most interesting part to me thing is that everyone is assuring you are having good time in your stay and I literally mean EVERYONE. Whether it is Mr Mahmoud, Hazem and Mohamed on the front desk or Atef and Abdo on the pool and the beach or Chef Mohamed Salah in the kitchen, every single one of these gentlemen made sure that our stay was comfortable and did not hesitate to provide the required assistance.

The location is fantastic, and our room had a spectacular view. It was quite spacious and quiet, which we loved. The staff was generally friendly, and we’d like to give special thanks to Mostafa Othman, who helped us throughout our stay—he was always available and supportive. There are many dining options, with Soprano being our favorite. The entertainment team works hard, and the programs are enjoyable. A few downsides to note: the house reef can be challenging to snorkel as it’s rocky and the water is shallow, so extra care is needed when entering the sea. During our stay, it was quite windy at times, which made it even more difficult. Also, beach vendors can be a bit bothersome. We purchased a massage service we weren’t fully satisfied with—so make sure to negotiate before buying anything as you don’t know what service you’re getting at the end of the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it—especially for families with children.

Akassia swiss resort exceeds our expectations. The staff were so polite helpful and friendly. Special mention for waiter Mahmud and all animation team- Shagy, Zain, and especially Rose-Ruza... All place is magical and with some special charm. Pool boys were amazing- we felt so secure about our kids. Cant wait to come back.

Seemingly part of the natural environment between sandy mountains and deepest blue seas is the Mövenpick Resort El Quseir. Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The architecture in Nubian style creates a cozy atmosphere, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. I especially loved that the rooms are set in single-story Nubian-style houses with spacious terraces. There’s a thoughtful attention to every detail of the guest experience. The rooms are small but very cozy, and the bed is extremely comfortable. All the staff are attentive and genuinely caring. The beach is stunning, with a reef in excellent condition and full of diverse marine life. Meeting an octopus was an unforgettable experience. The food delights with both its variety and sophistication. This is definitely a place I would love to return to.
