Hotel je nov, ogroman i jako lepo uređen, sobe su savršeno čiste i čitav kompleks je perfektno održavan. Ipak, po nama je najveća vrednost ovog hotela osoblje. Nikada do sada nismo sreli ovako savršeno uigran tim ljudi, svi su jako ljubazni, uz maksimalno poštovanje vaše privatnosti. Za sve što vam treba ovde stvarno imate kome da se obratite u bilo kom trenutku, osoblje na recepciji nam je za sve izlazilo u susret, posebno se zahvaljujemo našem domaćinu Mr Sayed, Muhamedu za savršenu uslugu u pool baru koji čak i sa povređenom nogom nikada nije dozvolio da sami nosimo piće i divnoj Aleks iz restorana koja nam je puno pomogla kada smo imali situaciju da nam se ćerka nije osećala dobro, organizovala je odmah prevoz do sobe i posle zvala da proveri da li je dobro. Izbor hrane u hotelu je ogroman, puno restorana sa različitim kuhinjama i svako veče se organizuju različite tematske večere. Hotel je jako sadržajan, nikada vam neće biti dosadno , svakodnevna animacija i preko dana i uveče. Organizovan prevoz malim otvorenim autobusima na svakih 10 min (vozači autobusa preljubazni - ljudi rade na visokim temperaturama, a uvek sa osmehom na licu). Pored toga imate preslatke biciklove kojima možete da obilazite ceo kompleks koje bismo izdvojili kao posebnu atrakciju. Takođe, u okviru kompleksa imate sve što vam je potrebno, od apoteke i klinike, do mesta za shoping. Do sada smo više puta bili u Egiptu, ali ovakav nivo usluge nismo imali. I, na kraju, ovo nam je prvi put Egiptu, a da nismo imali stomačnih problema 😃

Located along its own private beach, Gemma Resort offers views over the Red Sea. It features indoor and outdoor pools, and wellness centre. Several restaurants and bars are also available. We are group that was travelling around in Europe before reaching Egypt and Marsa Alam was our first destination in Egypt. Gemma resort set the bar high to our expectations for the rest of the trip and an extraordinary example for Egyptian hospitality. Everything in the hotel was perfect. The rooms spacious and cleans, pools clean and in different locations and beaches were amazing with great snorkeling spots. I can not speak enough about the food, no moment in the day where food is not served and in different cuisines with amazing quality. The most interesting part to me thing is that everyone is assuring you are having good time in your stay and I literally mean EVERYONE. Whether it is Mr Mahmoud, Hazem and Mohamed on the front desk or Atef and Abdo on the pool and the beach or Chef Mohamed Salah in the kitchen, every single one of these gentlemen made sure that our stay was comfortable and did not hesitate to provide the required assistance.

We are very satisfied with the hotel! From the first to the last day of our stay, everything was done for our comfort. The staff, the area, the rooms, the food, the programs for children and adults – everything was at a high level! Things are smooth and seamless, and it's a perfect place to relax and unwind. You can tell there's a lot of work behind the scene, and huge attention to details, which we appreciate a lot. A special thanks to Mohamed at the reception who was efficient and helped with our requests. The shuttle is on time and very comfortable. The beach is great and ideal for snorkeling and the staff there are quite helpful and friendly, and you find plenty of space if you need a calm place. One important thing to note, the rooms are really soundproof (which you don't find in all the hotels), and the beds are comfy, so good quality sleep is guaranteed. Food quality is great and you have a good variety to choose from and it's great that you can eat outdoors with beautiful views. The pools are clean and spacious, the gym has brand new equipment, so overall the facilities are top notch.

Our family of six loved our stay at Pickalbatros Sea World Resort. The resort is vast, modern, and very well maintained. The staff is exceptionally kind and accommodating, with a special mention to Mr. Ahmed Elsehemy from the reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean, beautiful, and well-equipped with all the amenities a family needs. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough. The resort’s pools and water slides were a highlight for our family. The children also had a lot of fun at the VR arcade (included!). There is a wide variety of food options catering to different tastes. We wish we would have stayed longer. We highly recommend it to families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. We would love to return!

The Three Corners Happy Life Resort is located on the west coast of the Red Sea, 37 km north of Marsa Alam city. The Three Corners Happy Life Beach Resort offers direct beach access. The staff were incredible- helpful and always cheerful and polite. The sea was great- good coral reef and easy access via the pier. We were always able to find place at meals, at the beach and at the poolside.

Ovo all-inclusive odmaralište sa izdvojenom privatnom plažu nalazi se u blizini mesta Berenika i Hamata. U ponudi ima slatkovodni bazen na otvorenom sa pogledom na Crveno more. The greenery is amazing. The staff was amazing and so helpful and lovely. The food was great!

Seemingly part of the natural environment between sandy mountains and deepest blue seas is the Mövenpick Resort El Quseir. I used to go to this resort every year as a child and now I came back after 15 years. It's still amazing. The coral reef is still beautiful and the food has even become better. I can highly recommend this hotel because the price value experience is amazing.
