Georgia affectionally known as “the dog“ as the concierge who made it her business to make sure we were always comfortable and satisfied. Her big smile and warmth made us feel like family after just a few days and her generosity made our stay even more special and memorable. Betty was also another staff member at the executive pool area who was always hard-working and again wanting us to be comfortable. The lunch buffet was absolutely incredible with so much food and variety of food. The grounds of the hotel, including the pool area and the. Indoor and outdoor lobby areas with comfortable couches and tables for people to spread out. It was nice seeing people in the evening sitting together having drinks, playing cards or just conversing. The breakfast was also absolutely amazing.

The room was comfortable and the breakfasts and lunch buffets were wonderful. The property was very clean and had a lovely feel to it. The pool was excellent. It was a good location for us attending a wedding down the road.

Kiani Beach Resort má ideální polohu na pláži Kiani, jen pár km východně od centra města Chania a starého benátského města. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. We had an issue with our air conditioner and they helped us switch to a similiar room the same day also, helped us book taxies. The food was excelent, there were 3 restaurants in the facility so no croudness was felt in the restaurants at any point during our stay. The view was stunning and the room was spacious and clean

The resort is beautifully laid out with gardens, pools, a short walk to the beach and easy access to the town centre. Our room had a very comfortable bed, good air‑conditioning and a balcony. Would gladly return.
