The 5-star Asterion Suites & Spa - Designed for Adults is perfectly set on the sandy beach of Platanias, in Chania. It is located just 1 km from Maleme, 3 km from Platanias and 15 km from Chania. We got an upgrade when we arrived to a galaxy suite. We had our own mini pool and private terrace on the roof. Our room was beautiful, bright and clean. We were welcomed with a smoothie/juice at reception and in our room was a chilled bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit platter. They also allowed us to check in earlier than 3pm which was a bonus. The hotel itself is new and fresh and the outdoor pool and loungers are lovely. There are loungers on the beach also. It's in a rural seaside location around 30 mins drive from Chania Old town. You have a view of the sea from everywhere and it's a nice sandy beach too. We would recommend going all inclusive. The food selection was extensive from choice of fruits, salads, cold meat and cheeses to the hot food and desserts. They also have a la carte menus for lunch and dinner if you prefer. Staff were all very friendly and helpful all the time. Nothing was too much trouble.

The 5-star Panorama Hotel offers a beautiful swimming pool along with health and fitness facilities. It has a pool bar-restaurant enjoying panoramic views over Chania bay and Thodorou Island. The hotel catered to our every need, the service was exceptional and Georgia the manager made our experience feel extra special.

The room was comfortable and the breakfasts and lunch buffets were wonderful. The property was very clean and had a lovely feel to it. The pool was excellent. It was a good location for us attending a wedding down the road.

The room was bright, clean, and had a large desk facing the balcony, which made working with a view a pleasure. The Wi-Fi was surprisingly fast and reliable, even during video calls. During my breaks, I swam in the pool or walked to the beach for a quick recharge. Breakfast was included and always had fresh, healthy options. The hotel also has a quiet lounge area that I often used for longer work sessions

Also the location We booked with the hotel transportation from the air port to Eliros, one day we rented a car from a place in front of the hotel The other day we took a train to the lake The rest of the time we stayed in the hotel- having the time of our life!
