The hotel has a great location, with dedicated beach on the seaside. We had fabulous breakfast every morning, and loved chilling in our private pool. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming, especially Liana and Madrin, thank you for having us!

Situated right on a private beach in Faliraki, Mitsis Selection Alila features indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Italian, Greek and Panasian à la carte restaurant, Pita corner and as well as a spa... Everything!! Excellent food, excellent drinks/cocktails (which is quite rare in all-inclusive resorts)and friendly staff. The hotel itself is beautiful and everything is clean (pools, halls, etc). I recommend 100%!!

Its way much better than the water park Aqua Plus in Crete. So you get amazing slides just by living in this hotel! Very nice food, and we got a chance to have a dinner in newly opened restaurant Philema, which was fantastic. Very helpful, always smiling staff in Stella villages. The beach next to the hotel is not crowded and it was a pleasure to have a swim there. Thank you Stella Villages ❤️

We especially appreciated how fresh the rooms smelled every day – a small detail, but it really made a difference. The beds were comfortable, the linens soft, and the overall ambiance very relaxing. The food was one of the highlights of our stay. Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented – it truly felt like dining in a top-class restaurant. There was a wide variety of dishes, with something for every taste, and everything was fresh. All in all, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. V restauraci každý den ryby, často mořské plody. Užili jsme si také párovou masáž v hotelovém SPA a syn byl velmi spokojen v dětském klubu. Celkové prostředí letoviska Bali je úžasné, letovisko nabízí vícero krásných pláží. Dovolenou jsme si užili a pokud se na Krétu vrátíme rádi se sem budeme vracet.
