The service was truly amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt incredibly welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, nestled right in the jungle, and the beach is absolutely gorgeous. There’s a great variety of restaurants with delicious food, and every member of the team is incredibly attentive, ensuring that you have the most enjoyable experience possible. The only sad part was that we had to leave after just two nights. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Allegro Cozumel All-Inclusive is located on Cozumel Island’s San Francisco Beach, off Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula. It offers a hot tub, sauna and outdoor pools, one with waterslides. Many of the staff members were excellent and went Above and beyond for us. The food at the buffet and the Italian restaurant was much better than we expected expected. There were a lot of pools to choose from, and great options for younger children.
