This was by far the best All Inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed in! It exceeded our expectations massively and despite the place not being fully open yet we didn’t feel the need for anything more! The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We had booked a Preferred Club room and I cannot recommend it enough. Our butler Fonsi made sure we have the most exceptional stay and the bar staff especially Jarib were all helpful and quick.

Staff was amazing! Really kind and wanting to help with everything. The villa with private pool was beautiful! The breakfast was healthy and delicious!

The staff was kinder than I expected, and I was very pleased to be greeted with a smiling face. I was also very satisfied with the comfortable space that allowed me to experience nature as it is. I would like to thank again Hugo, who works at EL SUSPIRO, the Mexican restaurant in Building 2, and David, who works in the morning at the coffee shop right in front of the gym in Building 2. I was happy to enjoy excellent service thanks to them.

The food and drinks were exceptional – every meal was a culinary delight, and I appreciated the variety of vegan options available. It was so refreshing to see such attention to diverse dietary preferences. Amazing staff. The beach was stunning – beautifully maintained, clean, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a peaceful stroll. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with a well-thought-out design and immaculate upkeep that made our stay even more enjoyable. While everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations, I would not recommend the spa services. I booked a manicure with gel polish, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Spa staff damaged my nails, which was frustrating. However, this is not the hotel’s fault. I left the hotel feeling incredibly satisfied and can’t wait to return. It’s a place I would highly recommend to anyone seeking excellent service, delicious food, and a stunning location!

Loved everything about this resort. Very clean and the food was excellent. You get access to two beaches which is a bonus. The staff were great and the location is close to everything. This is a family resort although there is an adult only tower but I would recommend it for a family vacation

Absolutely everything about this resort is incredible!! We were celebrating our honeymoon and it was magical spending our time in secrets Akumal. Everything is done to perfection and that’s all thanks to the amazing staff they have. We loved seeing the entertainment team everyday and getting involved in all of their activities. Max, jonas, Abraham and Gina were amazing ❤️ The food and drinks in the resort were such high quality. We loved the pizza by the pool and also loved the grill for dinner! We snorkelled with the turtles which I’d highly recommend! Amazing experience! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so incredibly enjoyable. We didn’t stop smiling the entire trip and we have memories forever!

Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun is a AAA's 5 Diamond Award Winner property with 13 outdoor pools, 6 à la carte gourmet restaurants, a buffet restaurant, a Coco Café, a Barefoot Grill and a... The VIP lounge restaurant and bar were excellent and had great ambiance. Grounds were beautiful, lots of activities, restaurants were really top notch. Staff was all very nice and helpful and attentive. Spa was incredible!!!

This Kempinski Hotel Cancun features 2 outdoor swimming pools, a spa and a private beach. It offers modern rooms equipped with an iPod docking station, CD player and cable TV. It’s an amazing place, great location, great service, and I felt like home, rooms are amazing, food are incredible, there could not have been a better choice, all employees are amazing since the beginning.
