Die Unterkunft liegt abgelegen und ist nur mit dem Auto/ Taxi zu erreichen. Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann sehr gut entspannen. Alle Angestellten waren immer freundlich und Wünsche wurden schnell umgesetzt. Wir haben die Cenoten Tour mit Luis gemacht. Die Tour war sehr informativ und ein Highlight unserer Reise. Auch die Meditations-Sauna (Temazcal) war eine besondere Erfahrung.

The staff was kinder than I expected, and I was very pleased to be greeted with a smiling face. I was also very satisfied with the comfortable space that allowed me to experience nature as it is. I would like to thank again Hugo, who works at EL SUSPIRO, the Mexican restaurant in Building 2, and David, who works in the morning at the coffee shop right in front of the gym in Building 2. I was happy to enjoy excellent service thanks to them.

Das Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun ist eine Unterkunft, die von AAA mit 5 Diamanten ausgezeichnet wurde, und bietet 13 Außenpools, 6 À-la-carte-Gourmetrestaurants, ein Buffetrestaurant, ein Coco... Everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms are large, very comfortable and very clean. The service of every single employee is outstanding. The installations are in perfect conditions. All the restaurants are delicious with great quality of food, diverse menus and fresh food. The entertainment is nice but not to loud. The beach is spectacular, there was no sargasam on our stay. We love visiting this hotel. Our private concierge Heriberto was of great help. Coco's café matcha latte delicious. The new World café was inagurated and it is so nice and comfortable.

This hotel is amazing if you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and romantic experience. The facilities are gorgeous and spacious, the design and decoration reminds you that you’re in a luxurious hotel in every corner. The staff is super friendly, they upgraded our room to a junior suite without extra cost, we even had a butler assigned which you can reach on WhatsApp for anything you need. We asked for an early check in due to our flight arrival and they managed have the room the moment we finished the check in. Also on the checkout day they still let you use the facilities (including restaurants) up until 5 PM. They have like 5 or 6 restaurants, each one with different themes, and every dish was in a gourmet style with high attention to detail. The beach was also great but I assume that’s the case for most of the hotels located in the Hotel zone of Cancun. It was a great experience overall, would definitely consider going back if we decide to visit Cancun again. Special shout out to Gustavo from Olio, and Aleman our butler.
