Staff was amazing! Really kind and wanting to help with everything. The villa with private pool was beautiful! The breakfast was healthy and delicious!

The staff was kinder than I expected, and I was very pleased to be greeted with a smiling face. I was also very satisfied with the comfortable space that allowed me to experience nature as it is. I would like to thank again Hugo, who works at EL SUSPIRO, the Mexican restaurant in Building 2, and David, who works in the morning at the coffee shop right in front of the gym in Building 2. I was happy to enjoy excellent service thanks to them.

El Palmaïa – The House of AïA es un complejo de lujo con todo incluido que ofrece vistas impresionantes al mar Caribe, piscinas grandes al aire libre, un spa y centro de belleza maravilloso, 5... I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The food and drinks were exceptional – every meal was a culinary delight, and I appreciated the variety of vegan options available. It was so refreshing to see such attention to diverse dietary preferences. Amazing staff. The beach was stunning – beautifully maintained, clean, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a peaceful stroll. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with a well-thought-out design and immaculate upkeep that made our stay even more enjoyable. While everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations, I would not recommend the spa services. I booked a manicure with gel polish, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Spa staff damaged my nails, which was frustrating. However, this is not the hotel’s fault. I left the hotel feeling incredibly satisfied and can’t wait to return. It’s a place I would highly recommend to anyone seeking excellent service, delicious food, and a stunning location!

Este impresionante resort de playa se encuentra en la bonita franja de Punta Cancún, está rodeado por el mar Caribe y goza de playa de arena blanca y aguas azules. Lo mejor de todo que no tenías que hacer reservación para el uso de los restaurantes y las toallas de playa habían puestos por todos lados. La atención de todo el personal excelente. La ubicación muy buena con salida a dos playas.

Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya - Adults Only está en Akumal, a 10 min a pie de Playa Akumal, y dispone de alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado gratis, centro de fitness y jardín. Absolutely everything about this resort is incredible!! We were celebrating our honeymoon and it was magical spending our time in secrets Akumal. Everything is done to perfection and that’s all thanks to the amazing staff they have. We loved seeing the entertainment team everyday and getting involved in all of their activities. Max, jonas, Abraham and Gina were amazing ❤️ The food and drinks in the resort were such high quality. We loved the pizza by the pool and also loved the grill for dinner! We snorkelled with the turtles which I’d highly recommend! Amazing experience! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so incredibly enjoyable. We didn’t stop smiling the entire trip and we have memories forever!

El Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancún es una propiedad ganadora del premio AAA's 5 Diamond Award con 13 piscinas al aire libre, 6 restaurantes gourmet a la carta, un restaurante buffet, un Coco Café,... El hotel es excelente. Las instalaciones son geniales y la atención del personal es lo mejor que tiene el hotel, en especial Marvin en la playa y Lucio en el Word café. Gracias a ambos. Recomiendo acceder al prefferes club que te da un plus a tu excelente estadía. Gracias Secrets Maroma!!

Secrets The Vine Cancun - All Inclusive Adults Only está en Cancún, a pocos pasos de Playa Ballenas, y dispone de alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado gratis, centro de fitness y... Todo estupendo. El personal excelente, gran amabilidad y todo facilidades. La comida muy buena en todos los restaurantes, gran variedad.

El Kempinski Hotel Cancun cuenta con 2 piscinas al aire libre, spa y playa privada. Ofrece habitaciones modernas con soporte para iPod, reproductor de CD y TV por cable. Es un hotel espectacular, especialmente por la amabilidad de todo el personal sin excepciones. Posee instalaciones muy completas, piletas y playa al mar. El desayuno es muy completo con excelente atención, así como su restaurante. Muy buena ubicación a 15 minutos del aeropuerto.
