The staff was kinder than I expected, and I was very pleased to be greeted with a smiling face. I was also very satisfied with the comfortable space that allowed me to experience nature as it is. I would like to thank again Hugo, who works at EL SUSPIRO, the Mexican restaurant in Building 2, and David, who works in the morning at the coffee shop right in front of the gym in Building 2. I was happy to enjoy excellent service thanks to them.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The beach was stunning ! The facilities were thoughtfully and beautifully laid out. Use of wood and all natural materials! The wellness activities were transformative. The staff ALL were hardworking , beautiful and welcoming souls

Ovaj predivan rizort kraj plaže nalazi se na prelepom pojasu Punta Kankuna, okruženom Karipskim morem, gde možete uživati u beloj peščanoj plaži i čistoj plavoj vodi. Loved everything about this resort. Very clean and the food was excellent. You get access to two beaches which is a bonus. The staff were great and the location is close to everything. This is a family resort although there is an adult only tower but I would recommend it for a family vacation

Absolutely everything about this resort is incredible!! We were celebrating our honeymoon and it was magical spending our time in secrets Akumal. Everything is done to perfection and that’s all thanks to the amazing staff they have. We loved seeing the entertainment team everyday and getting involved in all of their activities. Max, jonas, Abraham and Gina were amazing ❤️ The food and drinks in the resort were such high quality. We loved the pizza by the pool and also loved the grill for dinner! We snorkelled with the turtles which I’d highly recommend! Amazing experience! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so incredibly enjoyable. We didn’t stop smiling the entire trip and we have memories forever!

This hotel is amazing if you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and romantic experience. The facilities are gorgeous and spacious, the design and decoration reminds you that you’re in a luxurious hotel in every corner. The staff is super friendly, they upgraded our room to a junior suite without extra cost, we even had a butler assigned which you can reach on WhatsApp for anything you need. We asked for an early check in due to our flight arrival and they managed have the room the moment we finished the check in. Also on the checkout day they still let you use the facilities (including restaurants) up until 5 PM. They have like 5 or 6 restaurants, each one with different themes, and every dish was in a gourmet style with high attention to detail. The beach was also great but I assume that’s the case for most of the hotels located in the Hotel zone of Cancun. It was a great experience overall, would definitely consider going back if we decide to visit Cancun again. Special shout out to Gustavo from Olio, and Aleman our butler.

This Kempinski Hotel Cancun features 2 outdoor swimming pools, a spa and a private beach. It offers modern rooms equipped with an iPod docking station, CD player and cable TV. It’s an amazing place, great location, great service, and I felt like home, rooms are amazing, food are incredible, there could not have been a better choice, all employees are amazing since the beginning.
