The staff made our stay even more special especially (yohan, bao, chenaz, hasan, krit or kris, and the lady that dropped us to the boat during checkout). The Thai restaurant and My grill were both amazing and we loved their staff. The villa was so comfortable and perfect for a getaway. The kayak facility was excellent. The free ice cream was delicious. The check in and check out staff and process was very smooth. The golf cart service was always available and helpful. The breakfast had various options and everything was delicious. And i loved the fact that they gave us a stuffed toy for my baby girl even though she was not with us, it made us feel very special. The Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort is a contemporary-design beachfront retreat located by the scenic Makham Bay. Everything was great, especially breakfast and hotel amenities.. Staff was so kind and polite, hospitality of Thai people it’s always another level 🫶🏻🫶🏻🤌🏻 big thanks to Micky he just was one of the best people there!! And I want to suggest to try restaurant opposite of hotel calls Panwa cafe…. If you want to try Thai food this place is the best 😩😩😩 I wish I could eat everyday but i discovered in the last day, and it’s totally halal.

We truly enjoyed our stay here—everything was perfect, and the hospitality was top-notch. Our favorite part, aside from the spectacular view, was the incredible breakfast. It offered a wide selection of dishes that changed daily—everything was delicious, and I especially appreciated the variety of fresh tropical fruits. The hotel features two pools, a gym, a restaurant, a kids’ play area where you can drop your children off, a spa, and other great amenities. It’s within walking distance of beautiful Kata Beach, and there’s a shuttle every 30 minutes to and from the beach. Walking is also an option, though you’ll need to be cautious as there’s no dedicated sidewalk—just a shoulder. The hotel is also conveniently located near several spas and Kata Walking Street, where you can enjoy a variety of street food. Thank you for the amazing experience!
