The staff made our stay even more special especially (yohan, bao, chenaz, hasan, krit or kris, and the lady that dropped us to the boat during checkout). The Thai restaurant and My grill were both amazing and we loved their staff. The villa was so comfortable and perfect for a getaway. The kayak facility was excellent. The free ice cream was delicious. The check in and check out staff and process was very smooth. The golf cart service was always available and helpful. The breakfast had various options and everything was delicious. And i loved the fact that they gave us a stuffed toy for my baby girl even though she was not with us, it made us feel very special. Enjoying a scenic location on a large private beachfront, Veranda Resort & Villas Hua Hin – Cha Am, has a beautiful infinity pool with enormous sunbathing space. Breakfast was very good. Newly made fried dough stick, soy milk, and Thai grilled pork skewers with sticky rice. There’re other western options too. Pancakes, yogurt, egg station, fresh fruits.

The staff were excellent; from Alice at the front desk, to Aum, Grace and all the other staff at the restaurants, they were all very cheerful a nd responded immediately to any requests. The restaurants' food were also delicious and we saw no reason to eat elsewhere! The facilities were also good, with 2 pools, one of which is a 50m lap pool which was really good for exercise.

Alphabeto Resort se nachází pouhých 10 minut jízdy od pláže Rawai a pláže Naiharn. Nabízí venkovní bazén a 24hodinovou recepci. Loved my room and the direct access to the pool. The bar and restaurant was good and the pool was lovely. I will still here again and would definitely recommend it.

Housed within a French colonial fort, Sofitel Luang Prabang is built on a heritage site in Laos’ former royal capital. The hotel staff was great. I hired a motorbike and flipped over. The hotel staff escorted me to the hospital and took X-ray. Luckily it was only ankle twisted and no bone issue. I was lucky to live in Sofitel especially the manager named Max provided a lot of help. If I were living in other hotel, I doubt they would provide the same level service. The hotel itself was also great.
