The executive chef is so great, he accommodated all our requests for vegetarian food with a smile and went over and beyond to make sure we are happy with every meal. Ali was so very nice and made the whole check-in process very welcoming, smooth and was very approachable throughout the stay for anything we needed, helping us with taxis for the ride to the city as well. Cemal was very helpful too, and Kemal was outstanding with his help and his thorough attention to detail and help throughout the stay as well. The property is very beautiful and you could take regular hikes and the views are unparalleled, so serene! If you are looking for a great peaceful and picturesque time away, this is the place to be :)

From the initial welcome (especially Elif Hanım's smiling face), to the staff at the main restaurant (Evliya, one of the restaurant chef, and Ayse Hanım's waitress), and the pool bar staff, Arzu and Eren, they made it clear that they loved their jobs and were there to please the guests. Everything from A to Z was perfect. We hope to continue this high-quality service!

Lets start by order, Reception and staff: easy and smooth check in, Valet for your car, the staff speak english very well. We faced a minor inconvenience on our first night where an insect got in from the trees around our room we called the front desk and they immediately got to our room and helped get rid of it and they offered to change our room and upgraded it to Seaview room (special thanks to the nightshift front desk workers on july.21 (ali and semet?(not really sure of his name but he was extra helpful)) Room: very big and with a small balcony. The beds are comfy and wide we had two twin beds. The bathroom is huge and very clean with both a bathtub and a shower. Food: the buffet in all meals (breakfast,lunch and dinner) was very diverse and delicious, also the food presentation was extra-nice. The waiting staff were very attentive and quick. We never even bothered to try the other restaurants in the island because the main one was just as good. Pools and beaches: they had two main pools, two decks (one is adults only with mobile free zone )and at least to beaches. Ordering drinks and snacks couldn’t be easier (you scan a QR code and order from the website). Towels were readily available and unlimited. Sunbeds are everywhere you would always find ones by the view (no need to reserve). Entertainments: Everyday there’s sports activities during the day like volleyball,yoga,pilates. For the night activities I loved the time-machine concert (a band that covered classic rock songs)
