The room was clean. The control panel was right by the bed. The bathroom was clean. The onsen on the 18th floor was included in the price. The staff was kind. Checkout was easy. The TV entertainment system was very modern and good. You can even play your own YouTube videos via Chromecast. The hotel is in a good area, with everything close by and easy access to the metro. On the TV, you can see how crowded the onsen is and the availability of the washing machines.
